Member terms
Last updated 27 September 2026
Written in plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
These terms cover joining and using a pub's Regz card, for example “The Brass Pig Regz card”. Regz cards aren't on sale yet; these terms will apply when they are, and we'll show them before you pay.
Who you're dealing with
Your membership is with the pub. The pub sells the card, sets the deal and runs it. The pub's name is on your bank or card statement.
Regz provides the platform the pub uses: the card, the sign-up page, payments through Stripe, and the screen you show at the bar. We never hold your money; it goes to the pub.
Regz is a trading name of Unifi App Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12090101). Registered office: 6 Jupiter Close, Margate, England, CT9 4PZ. In these pages “Regz”, “we” and “us” mean that company.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over. You confirm this before you pay, and the pub's staff may ask for ID, as they would anyway. One card is for one person.
What you get
The pub's card page shows the deal before you pay: the discount, which house drinks it covers, how many drinks a night and a week, which days, and the price. For example: half price house drinks, up to 2 a night and 4 a week, £9.99 a month.
“House drinks” means the drinks the pub includes, shown on its card page. Premium drinks may not be included.
A night runs from 3am to 3am, and a week from Monday 3am, UK time. Unused drinks don't carry over.
Your card only works at the pub named on it.
Paying
You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Prices are in pounds and include any VAT.
Monthly plans renew every month on the date you joined. Annual plans, where the pub offers one, renew every year on the date you joined. We'll email you before an annual plan renews.
If a payment fails, your card pauses until the payment goes through. Stripe will try again automatically, and we'll let you know.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account. Your card keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then stops. You won't be charged again.
Change your mind within 14 days of joining and you get a full refund, as long as you haven't used a drink yet. Once you've used a drink, the 14-day refund no longer applies, but you can still cancel any time.
If the pub changes the deal
The pub can change its deal, for example the price, the discount or the limits. You'll get an email at least 7 days before a change applies, and you can cancel before it does.
If the pub stops offering its card, your card works until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again.
Using a drink
At the bar, open your card and tap “Use a drink”. A live screen shows the pub's name, your first name, a ticking clock and a two minute countdown. Show it to the staff, who tap “Claimed”.
If nobody taps Claimed, the drink still counts once the two minutes are up. Only tap “Use a drink” when you're ordering.
Staff can refuse to serve anyone, as they always can. The card doesn't change the pub's licensing rules.
Fair use
Your card is for you. Don't share it, lend it, or show a screenshot or recording of the live screen.
If a card is misused, the pub or Regz can pause or end the membership. If we end it, we'll refund the rest of the period you've paid for, unless the misuse was serious or repeated.
Please drink responsibly. The limits are there for a reason. drinkaware.co.uk has more.
Your data
The pub is responsible for its members' details, and Regz handles them for the pub. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and your rights.
Problems and complaints
Something wrong with a drink or your visit? Talk to the pub first. If it isn't sorted, or it's about the card, payments or this website, tell us through the contact form. Our complaints page explains what happens next.
The legal bits
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
We may update these terms. We'll email members about any change that affects them before it applies.
