Venue terms

Last updated 27 September 2026

Written in plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

These terms are between Regz and the business that runs a venue selling a Regz card (“you”). Venue sign-up isn't open yet; these terms will apply when it is, and you'll accept them before your card can go live.

Who we are

Regz is a trading name of Unifi App Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12090101). Registered office: 6 Jupiter Close, Margate, England, CT9 4PZ. In these pages “Regz”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What Regz does, and what you do

Regz provides the platform: your card, its sign-up page, payments through Stripe, the live screen at the bar, the limits, your dashboard, print-ready files and a launch plan.

You sell the card. Your members' contract is with you. You set the deal within the rules below, and you run the launch and the promotion. Your card gets members only if you launch it and keep promoting it; Regz doesn't promise any number of members.

Fees

It's free to join. There's no setup fee, monthly fee or contract.

Regz takes a platform fee. Our fee is 10% of each membership payment, including any VAT. We don't add VAT on top.

If a member gets the 14-day refund, we give back our fee on that payment too.

Printed materials are optional and priced separately when you order them.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account; Stripe checks your identity and bank details. Your card can't go live until Stripe says you can take payments and you've accepted these terms.

You're the merchant: members pay you, and your business name appears on their statements. Stripe's card processing fees on your payments are yours to pay. Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks sit with your Stripe account, as with any card sale. We'll help with the records from your dashboard.

VAT on the membership is yours to account for if you're VAT-registered. You should check your own position with your accountant.

Your deal

You choose your deal: a discount of 10% to 50% on house drinks you choose, with a nightly and a weekly limit, on at least 3 days a week, at a price from £4.99 to £19.99 a month, with an optional annual plan.

  • Every card has a nightly and a weekly limit. There's no unlimited option.
  • No free drinks, no 2-for-1, nothing that rewards drinking more, and never more than 50% off.
  • Changes start from the next Monday at 3am, and members get at least 7 days' email notice with the right to cancel.

Licensing and responsible selling

You confirm you hold, or act for the holder of, the premises licence, and you'll follow its conditions and the rules on drinks promotions.

Members must be 18 or over. Your staff check ID as they normally would and can refuse service as they normally would.

Regz is open to venues in England at launch. Scotland and Wales will follow once the minimum unit price checks are built. Venues in Northern Ireland can't join.

Your launch

The launch is yours: posters and table talkers up, staff mentioning the card, posts on your socials and a launch day push. We give you the files, the plan and reminders. How many members join depends on that launch.

Members' data

You're the controller of your members' personal data. Regz processes it for you, to run your card, on your instructions and these terms.

  • We only use members' data to run your card and the Regz service, keep it secure, and use the providers listed in our privacy notice.
  • We tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a data breach affecting your members.
  • We help you answer members' requests about their data.
  • When you leave, we delete or return members' data, except what the law says we must keep, such as payment records.

You can only email members about your pub's news if they opted in when they joined.

Pausing a card

Regz can pause your card if we need to: for example if these terms or licensing rules are broken, if we suspect misuse or fraud, or if Stripe restricts your account. We'll tell you why and work with you to put it right. Members keep what they've paid for.

Leaving

You can close your card any time from your dashboard. We tell your members; their cards work until the end of the period they've paid for and they aren't charged again.

We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach.

Responsibility

We run the platform with reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, for loss of business or income, or for problems caused by Stripe, the internet or anything outside our control. Our total responsibility to you in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year.

Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
